Hi,

I joined the game a few days ago and am a Level 1 manager. Have a few questions could someone please help?

1. When you level up do the * of your players increase too?
2. Does playing friendly matches help in increasing a players skills?
3 I have played away matches but there are no flags in my trophy case

1. No. Your players will lose one star when you level up to a Level 2 manager next season. If you don't level up to a Level 2 manager (i.e when you finish as place 8 - 14 in League) your player won't lose a star.

2. Your player gain experience but they won't get as much experience as in a League, Cup or Champions League match. Training is way better.

can we increase the stars a player has i.e. if he has 3 is that all he will stay at or is there a way to increase that?

Train your players , youmg ones train hard ,older ones rest regulary

i prefer playing friendlies, just make sure your friends are alright with it. set both teams mentality to hard defensive to conserve stamina and tackle on easy to avoid injuries
sure its slower but you guys get packs for watching
