    Im sorry but I have to disagree, I have used this tactic since I started the club and I manage to get 3 promotions, 2 league titles, 1 CL runners up and a cup semi, but if it helps I took the arrows off the CDM and the 2 ST

    You could give it a try. I don't like to use many arrows. I will that my players stay in the position they are. But how higher the level, there is a chance that there are players use formations to counter you
