ahhh,,, I think that if you use the diamond or a 4-5-1 or a 4-3-3 you can win without problems.... If I am not wrong this formation is illegal... nope?
try the diamond;

if you have good MC then you can use 4-4-2 classic (as i always use) and win. ML and MR up, attacking, down both flank, own half, passing long, force counter attack, no offside
