Hello 4-2-3w-1 please, thanks.
Somewhat! It's based upon the experience on several players on this forum. Several of these players are highly skilled top eleven players with lots of experience. It also serves as a very helpful guide to help understand the concept of countering the oppositions formation/strategy!
However, there are a few faults with the table.
1. It's outdated. As seasons pass, Nordeus most likely updates what formations serve as counters to various other formations, in addition to what orders work best. They want variety at the game, to break from the monotony of players always using the same formations. Some seasons, may "buff" defensive setups, others offensive ones and others setups with a normal mentality.
2. It doesn't tell us what orders and arrows were used by the user.
3. We don't know what the orders, arrows, morale, condition and win bonus of the opposition was. Is "formation X" a counter to "formation Y" if the player using "formation Y" is an inactive/semi-active manager that isn't using the correct set of orders?

Hi guys,
How to beat this 3-5-2 formation
DL DC DR / MC MC / AML AMC AMR / ST ST
Someone help me, it's an important CL game. Thx
Try 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond / Normal/ Through the middle/ Normal Tackling/ Own Half/ Mix passing/ Zone / Force Counter - ON/ No offside.
Defenders against AML/AMR/ST, DMC against AMC, MC against MC, AMC and 2 ST attack to lone DC. His weakness is DL/DR. If he change to 3 DC, so you change to 4-5-1v attack through the flanks.
Hello mates, very important cup game agaşnst heavier opponent today. Please help me.
3N-1-3N MC -2AMC-1
DC DC DC
DMC
MC MC MC
AMC AMC
ST
4-1-4-1 will do, since that team is totally weak on flanks you will have a big advantage on attacks and counterattacks, so use red arrow on your flanks, both DL/DR and ML/MR. If your opponent is stronger than you then use deffensive mentality, both flanks, own field, normal tackling, mixed passing, zonal marking, force counters.
i can't see the counter formation for 3(DC)-3(dml-dmc-dmr)-2(MC)-2(ST)
Best formation/tactics to counter this?
x - DC - DC - DR
ML - MC - MC - MR
ST - ST - ST
I was thinking in a 4-5-1 V or 4-1-4-1.
