4-1-4-1 will do, since that team is totally weak on flanks you will have a big advantage on attacks and counterattacks, so use red arrow on your flanks, both DL/DR and ML/MR. If your opponent is stronger than you then use deffensive mentality, both flanks, own field, normal tackling, mixed passing, zonal marking, force counters.

3n-4-3. Three defenders against 2 strikers, allows for man coverage on both strikers with the third defender acting as a sweeper. 2 MC's (blue arrows) provides defense against his MC's. Then the wingers and 3 strikers will create a scenario where you'll bypass his DMC and he won't have enough bodies in defense to play help defense.

    Best formation/tactics to counter this?

    x - DC - DC - DR

    ML - MC - MC - MR

    ST - ST - ST

    I was thinking in a 4-5-1 V or 4-1-4-1.

Try 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond, Atttacking/ Through the middle/ Own Half/ Normal Tackling/ Mix passing/Zone/ No counter/ No offside, blue arrow on DMC.
With this tactic, your blue arrow DMC and 2 DC against his ST, DL/DR against ML/MR, 2 MC against lone MC, AMC against DMC and 2 ST against lone DC. His DL/DR have no one to mark. Good luck!
