Please update the table, there are some formations that doesn't counter others as the table shows:

    3-5-2 V doesn't counter 4-5-1 flat anymore:

    4-3n-2w-1 doesn't counter 3-2-2-2-1 Butterfly anymore:

My team is much better than both opponents, and I couldn't win, and forms were terrible in both matches, I lost very important points because of this.

Choose one according to form of your players. Put in players whose form is better. Besides that, if you have double position players in team DL-DML, DR-DMR and DC-DMC in team, then you can change formation during the match without doing substitute

    4-5-1 V-style. hard defending/down the flanks/own half/hard/long/zonal - force counters/no offsides

Red arrows on the flanks (DL, DR, AML, AMR) blue arrows on MC's

    A modified 4-4-2 could work (DL, DC, DC, DR)-(ML-MC-MC-MC)-(ST-ST) might work too. normal/left flank/own half/hard/mixed/zonal - no counter/no offsides.

3-2-2-2-1 Butterfly, attack through the flanks or 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond, attack through the middle, blue arrow on DMC.

Hi guys, what to do if i cant play 4-5-1vstyle (2x red cards...) vs this formation:

Is 4-2-3w-1, defense, both sides, counter, long, zonal, own half, no offside an option?
