"W" = Wide
"N" = Narrow

i used 3N-1-4-2 all last season and its always beaten by formations with 3 flat MC's e.g 4-5-1 flat or 3-5-2 flat

is it about red and blue arrows?

it is about how you organize one line of your formation.narrow means that there is no space between your players,they are one next to each other.for example let's take the middle line of your formation: let's say you have 3 mc's. narrow means like this ----MC-MC-MC----,and wide means like this MC----MC----MC.as you can see wide means that there's a space between your players on one line.hope i made you understand.

Now there's stg i want to share...i've lost a match between a lower skill leveled formation and i think that 4-3W-3 can be beaten by 4-3N-2W-1...if someone tries please post here the result.

What would u guys do vs 3W- 2dmc- 2mc- 1amc-2st?
I'm going with 4-1dmc-2mc-1amc-2st, thru the middle, hard tackling own half long passing no offside or counter, blue on dmc and red on 2mc and amc.. what do u guys think?

Can you please, tel me how to beat the formation 4-4-2?

I can only use the following tactics;


4-1(DMC)-3N-2

4-1(DMC)-2N-1AMC-2

4-3N-3N

3N-2(DML/DMR)-3N-2


I'm about to win all 3 trophies... but i can't win the semi final's of Champions, or the final at CUP... because i keep on loosing against this formation(or at least i lost 3 games already, against it, and the first hand off semi-final's in the Champions, at my HOME Stadium), although i´m superior at overall team player's rate....

If you know witch is the best formation to use(from the 4 above), please tell me so.
