Table of Counter Formations v2.0 - Which formation to use?

Hey guys I need advice to counter 4-2-2-2. He has 4(2DC-DR-DL), 2 MC, 1 AML, 1 AMR and 2 ST.

****ing 4-4-2 applies to any disposition, but it plays just amateurs.
If you are stronger and do it with 3N-4-1-2 attack if you are weaker 4-5V-1 defensively

It works yes, but it is not 100%. It's recommended you create a thread asking.

how would you counter 3N-4-2(AML/AMR)-1? I was thinking using 4-4-2 classic because he has double wingers..never seen such formation so far..

Hi, I played a cup match against a weaker team than mine, not much weaker, but weaker. Plus, it had a weird looking tactic. Playing at home, I got an unbelievable 1-4...probably it is not possible to recover from this, but would like to try. Below i will put his tactics, as well as the beating he gave me. He has a world class striker with 37, but that is the only player that's better than mine.

My team is Valderrama's and i switch several times my tactic during the game. Started with 4-5-1 V style, it did not work. Then 4-3-2-1 was even worse. Finally, in with one more striker instead of right defender and quit the game; I managed to score one goal and match stats got more even.
