Try: 4 - 1dmc - 3w (1mr, 1mc,1ml) - 2 ...blue arrows for the defenders and the dmc, red arrows for the other players...Also the orders should be: offensive, both flank passes, own field, normal, mixed, zonal...Good luck

I'l start with 4-1-4-1, same orders... then, at half-time, and specially wen/if loosing, will try out your tactic.
