Table of Counter Formations v2.0 - Which formation to use?

Walking through this topic I have not seen how to counter:

4-1(dmc)-mc-mc-aml-amr-st (v-style)
What would u do against an opponent (we are both 100% or so)
Incl tactics and arrows please.

If you are both 100% quality, why not try the same formation. Defensive, both flanks, mixed passing, counter on. High, hard, zonal, offside off.

Expect a close game. If you are watching, you can manage depending on how the game develops. Some luck will be needed.

To be honest, I did think of that. I am a fraction better I think, really invested a lot this season.
