Table of Counter Formations v2.0 - Which formation to use?

Formation: 4-5-1V
Counter formation: 2-5-2-1

I couldn't play 3-2-3-2 with DML/DMR + 3x MCs, so tried the following against a 13 % stronger opponent in a couple of games where he attended. Won all except one draw. I suffocated the middle and defended both flank with two players each. Controlled all the games as I was superior in numbers in midfield.

How would you play against a formation like :

DL-DC-DR
DMC
ML-MC-MR
AML-AMC-AMR

I have tried various ways (3-5-2, 4-3-3, etc) but it is always around a 2-1 win or 1-2 loss. I do have a 10+ percentage advantage in each part.
