Ive just played against that formation and i used a 4-5-1-V and won 5-0

As smoggie said you can handle it like a 4-4-2 classic and counter down both flanks, also a 3-5-2V will work fine!

The Opponent dont play with any AMC, is good to put some arrow ahead to my DMC or just keep all team with no arrows in a possible 4-5-1 V for this match?
