Tipps for 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond

Hi everyone,

my names Benjamin and I am from Austria. Everything in the game is in german, so I hope I translate it right...
I am doing quite fine with my narrow diamond formation in season 3 (played like this since Season 1). Red Arrows on dl, dr and dmc. Normal mentality, mixed pass focusing, own-half pressing, straddle on normal, mixed passing, zone defense and counter attack. I joined late in season 1, so unfortunately only sixth Place but I won the 2nd Season.
In the League currently 2nd place behind 4-4-2 and in the CL quarterfinals. It seems like everything is fine but to ask costs nothing

Any tips are much appreciated! Especially for this 4-4-2 guy....

The 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond is one of the formations I hate playing against and 4-4-2 doesn't normally work against it,

Edit, Oh your playing against 4-4-2? Then 4-1-2-1-2 narrow diamond should be fine against 4-4-2, I'd put focus through the middle though since the 4-1-2-1-2 diamond is set-up to play through the middle.

next time I try through middle but until now I lost every match against him... His team 24.3* mine 25.1*

Why red arrows on the DMC? I'd have blue arrows on him, or none.
Counterattack seems to work best with defensive or hard defensive mentality, in my experience.
Like Julio said, focus passing through the middle.
