Tipps for 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond

Hi everyone,

my names Benjamin and I am from Austria. Everything in the game is in german, so I hope I translate it right...
I am doing quite fine with my narrow diamond formation in season 3 (played like this since Season 1). Red Arrows on dl, dr and dmc. Normal mentality, mixed pass focusing, own-half pressing, straddle on normal, mixed passing, zone defense and counter attack. I joined late in season 1, so unfortunately only sixth Place but I won the 2nd Season.
In the League currently 2nd place behind 4-4-2 and in the CL quarterfinals. It seems like everything is fine but to ask costs nothing

Any tips are much appreciated! Especially for this 4-4-2 guy....
