About LinkBacksI have a 4* ST with 79 quality and 18 years old. He gets like 120+ points when i train him on practice match.
I want to learn him FK Specialist Ability. When is best to learn it? Now at 4* or at 5*?

Some player reduce slightly the training speed after teaching the 5th star, whend they reach the 6th the speed is reduces again.
Did you test him tanking free kicks on the match?
If he scores Why waisting 50SP on a SA, that is more that 3Q levels, you Will need around 40greens If he is the Best of the trainers
If he dont, it is not the SA that Will put him to score more from free kicks.
But you decide, what is the Best.

Is better to stay at 4* and train without using the skill points or the game engine will recognize him as a 5* and his training speed will descrease?
Yes the system recognise the SP unused.
For me at least not all the players decrease after reaching the 5th star, only same.
That happened to one of my players this season. He have reached the 5th star and the trayning speed reduced a Little bit, but still fast.

what about the SP used on SA? the system will recognise them aswell?
Those do not count for Q because you cant get them back, so If you start to teach a New position or SA go until the end, otherwise those SP Will be gone forever, in the case you sell the player.

Is not a good idea. Special Ability at the end is like all, can be well programmed, or bad (like in the scouts...) so is better idea to add these 40-50 skill points in skills. Some days ago we talked about that...
The player only win quality adding skill points, in the skills. No in new positions, no in Special Abilities.
