How do you set your team captain

Hello everyone, how do you set your team captain. Or will team captain affect team and players' performance. Is there anyone know about this, Thank You!

I don't know how it affects the match and player performance, but you can set your captain's orders on the last tab, below where you set your set piece takers. I always arrange my squad by quality and follow that order.
