I meant another manager on here that opens dozens of new threads a day about total sh*t...

Threads like how to counter "standard" formations (4-4-2, 4-3-3 etc.) For every standard formation there's counter formations guide. They are maybe too lazy to search guides/tutorials on forum, even goolge search engine finds forum results.
