I trained a set 6 times -> Press the play, Piggy in middle, Use your head, Stop the attacker, Defending crosses, Stretch
and 10 times a set -> Pass go and shoot, Pass go and shoot, Slalom dribble, Sprint, Pass go and shoot, Pass go and shoot
The only increase was 5 points in a special ability.
It did not add a single percent to attributes.
What level ?
What value ?
Was he the 0 tokens academy player ?

Other players, how I train, the increments appear and Jones does not want to train.
The players have been in my club from the beginning.
I have L4 Training Ground
Your player is a "bucket".
Do not spend any rest pack on him, specially for extra position.
You can sell him for the money or to empty a place
or keep him for the team's training.

Finally a new value !
From lv37 to lv42, the max value was 127 M' making very hard to spot the fast trainers from the market.
Attachment 109536
At last, at lv43 there are players with 128 millions (Sandic, Ramirez)
They are very rare so when I found one, I spent 46 tokens :o
The bad thing is that also some other managers saw them and started the first bid from 12-15 tokens :(
Attachment 109538
There are also some "hidden" fast trainers of 128 M but in their lower quality they are 127 M' atm
One of them
Attachment 109540
I put those 4 players for training
Collado, a 5* player
Attachment 109682
Delgado, a 4* player
Attachment 109684
Jimenez, a 3* player
Attachment 109686
together with Sandic, the ft with 128' M value
Attachment 109688
using this set for 10 times
Attachment 109690
of course the lower q players got more points for their sa/ new position but Sandic did really well with 12 points.
So confirmed that he is a 1st class fast trainer.
Two more players, 10 times, Albertini and Clark, with same value but Albertini even if had higher value, earned one more point.
Attachment 109692
I added to Albertini one more position and sa and renamed him as the Dutch legend Seedorf.
He 's gonna stay few more seasons in my team as he is a 1st class player too.
His value became 128 M' with his 5th star.
At LV43 the players with 128 'M are 1st class fast trainers.
But there are also "hidden" ft with the value of 127' M, as 3*-4* players of the market.
When you train them and become 5-6*, their value gonna raise to 128'.
How do we find them ?
With the classic trick, sorting the current list of auctions and see if there are 3*-4* players in the top, above players of 5*-6*.
Of course you need more greens to improve them to competitive 6*-7* players but they earn a new position or sa quicker (remember always start with this and later the skills).
When I have a 4 star or a 3 star player how many times should he get 2x SA addition when we train him with the 15% sets to determine if he is a fast trainer?
From just guessing I would say maybe 4 star every 5-6 times the 15% he should get 2 points, 3 star maybe every 3-4 times.
On my second team Level 25 I am searching for a second fast trainer DC and I can't find anyone. I have a 18 yo 74% GK (so basically 94% for Level 24) who is 109.0 M value which means there has to be 109 M 4 star players in my level, but they are rare. I also have a 18 yo DC 85% with 109.4 M who also should be a fast trainer. My assumption is that every 4% the 18 yo players get around 0.1 M market value. So the DC should be even a bit better than the GK.
The only others I found are a 18 yo DC 44% with 108.1 M, which should be not so good and a 18 yo DC 69% with 108.6 M value, also around the same speed of training assuming the numbers with 0.1 M per 4% gain are correct.
Have you any experience with these values going up in my kind of levels, so the twenties, where we get + 1M market value approximately every 2 seasons Nik?

What's the next value ?
Answering the post above, I want to say that there isn't some rule, some analogy of how much the value increasing in the next levels.
For example, as I wrote in post #726, I had the same max value for levels 37-42 and +1 M > 128' at LV 43.
But that one million makes the difference :p
Makes the difference of one 1st class ft and a 2nd class.
Which can be 200-300 greens if you intend to keep a player for 4-5 seasons.
When this season started, I already knew and expect a 128 M' player because I have a friend 2 levels above and (without talking each other- just observing his players) I knew that there is a new max value of 128 M'.
So for people who are some levels above and don't know the max value, observe young (18-19 y.o.) players of your friends in a lv above (or their competitors in league and others).
I want to remind you that 1st class fast trainers are rare, even with this new system which refreshing the auctions every 4 minutes.
At old times, there were seasons when I could find only 2 or 3 players for a whole season.
Now, about the gaining of 3*-4*. The fast trainers can gain a new position or sa with 30-35 greens.
(so it's about a double sa point every 2nd training)
But be careful. In older threads, I was comparing the new young ft I bought, using the same training for all together and observing the added points.
But this has changed.
It's not accurate to put together players from all the zones with the same set of drills.
You can see that here , post #3.
https://forum.topeleven.com/tutorial...day-after.html
So put defenders with attacking drills and attackers with defending drills and then compare the added points.
