With the new training system, the training gain doesn't depend on quality of player. It depends on the sum of % skills involved in the drill. The formula should be x=(numberOfskill*180 - sum(%skills))/numberOfskill. For a FT, if x > 80, the gain should be around 4% per 15% condition loss.
