I get that but is there a equation I don't know that allows you to know how many SA points a FT should be getting per x6 drills or per 18% condition loss of training?

Also, my player is getting 1 SA Point every 21 drills so I don't think he is a FT although he has a high value of 67.2 Million at level 13

There are no exact equation but you can estimate it from skill values. For example, you train a player by Carioca drill that evolves aggression and speed skills with value a and b. You can figure out the gain by the average of these skill values: x = 180 - (a+b)/2. In my experience, if x >80, the gain is big. In that case your FT player should gain one SA point each 11 or 12% condition loss.

I have just tested it by using drills that solely target the grey ones and he seems to be getting a SA point every 8th drill. I do x6 drills for 12% condition loss so if my calculations are right he is getting an SA Point every 16% condition loss. Is that too bad?

Imo this is ok, but like I said I don't buy 5 star players, only 3 star, so I am not really sure about it. For 3 star player the numbers are bad. 3 star player gets SA point roughly every 12% condition loss, if he is a FT.
Also, your drills are all world class level, so max?

Some are 2 whistles and some are 3. I think he might be a FT then as my drills werejt maxed out and he is 1% under 6*. He has a value of 68 million and that is by far the highest I have seen in the past week since I returned to the game. Second highest I have seen at level 13 is 61 million for 99% quality (84)
