When I say players proggramming, I wanna say internal programming of the players. You only see the skills that they have, but every player is proggrammed to play in one way, doing some actions more than others, to be better in corners or worst, the same in fouls, penalties... thats what I call internal proggramming because is set different in every player in % of effeciveness that we can not see, just we can use intuition and see during some matches what is doing a player.
As I said, during the match the players are tired, and if we train the fitness and speed 1st, we will have players that will keep same level of intensity during all match, because the % of effectiveness of every skill are less reduced due to fatigue, and the speed increase the anticipation in lots of actions.
Well really I think that phisically skills affect more in the resolution of the actions than attack and defense skills.
