    OMA Testing Thread - Hard Tackling

    Here the group:
    http://forum.topeleven.com/groups/o-...-tackling.html

    As we need to test the game options to see how all really works, I opened a serie of pages in the OMA University group to try to save results and try to have conclusions.

    This thread is only for HARD TACKLING experiences.

    Today I started with the TSV 1860 München and after 2 matches really I did not notice more aggresive tackling from ma players... 2nd match was the other who had 5 yellows... 1 x2 LOL...

    But the idea is test the team and have at least 50 matches with this team to try to see how affect this option, against better Q teams and worst Q teams.

    Feel free to participate and to see other posts in the group that are pending to be tested.
    I would like to open a thread per everyone if can LOL

    More I prove, more confussed I am lol... thats very defensive + hard tackling against Valle de Escotia in Illegal formation....

    Follow the melody.

    So I play 4-3-3/variations to 4-3-1-2/diamond with Bayern
    4-4-2 with Valle de Escotia
    5-3-2 with TSV 1860 München

    Ok so the 1st thing we can say is that hard tackling increases the % of fouls in the global of tackling,

    Lets try to see if Easy = 1/3 aprox of the total tackles, and hard increases till the 50%+ aprox... more tests will be done later lol

    don't you wan't normal tackle, so you have all three kinds to compare. This is very interesting

    i wonder if

    easy => soft

    Normal => balanced

    Hard => evil/mean

    Soft is supposed to be soft as soft is the cotton when touches our skin lol

    Yeah.. as nobody know how work really this game I try to know about the sense of the proggramming... lets see what happen lol

    For now.. about the tactic orders, I see changes in the bar possession by changeing attacking to very defensive in live matches for example...

    About long/short passing I'm not sure, just is a intuition but if, the half of the other team have many players, play short is the good option, and if have spaces and many players in your field, then long.... but... all is to test,,,, test will say the truth lol

    Some contribution to OMA search lab
    My alt (and also experimental) team, Artemis, from that thread
    http://forum.topeleven.com/tutorials...aw-system.html
    playing against very low quality teams in the league, with 3-4* teams in the Cup and good 5* teams in the CH.L.

    So, I set Hard tackling for my league games (against very weak teams) and normal tackling for Cup and CH.L.
    Keeping some records in .xl (red is for league, green for cup an blue for CH.L.)
