3-2-3-1-1 ? LOL you must be kidding .. Buy some new players and set a simetric formation ;D Those may work sometimes but it's risky.. i wouldnt go with it, doesn't look good to me.
What you could do is:
1: Buy DR & AMR or ML and go for 4-5-1(DR-DC-DC-DL;DMC;MC-MC;ALM.AMR; ST) or 4-1-4-1(DL-DC-DC-DR; DMC; ML-MC-MC-MR; ST).
2:Buy DC & AMR and use 3-2-2-2-1. (3xDC; DML DMR; 2xMC; AML AMR; ST)
You can check 1st page for tactics on those formations.
Can't help you out with the formation you'r using atm..

I'm using 4-1-4-1 as an offensive tactic. AND IT'S WORKING WELL! I had my own offensive tactic. I made it and then won a lot of seasons/cups/cl's. It's the 3-4-3 >:3 Not all managers like it..but I do.

Well, I advance the ML and MR. Then the central ST. I used it and won a lot of times. You must have good defenders and it will be okay

Here are the formations that i've used most of the time in 21 Seasons so far..
4-4-2 is probabbly the best and easiest to manage, also very efective.. If you'r a beginer and you haven't figured out how exactlly to set up your tactics just go with 4-4-2 it works fine.


Just pick your favourite stile and go with it.

Go with any defensive formation then ;P
I find it rly better to use defensive mentality on higher levels, works rly good.
