Here are the formations that i've used most of the time in 21 Seasons so far..
4-4-2 is probabbly the best and easiest to manage, also very efective.. If you'r a beginer and you haven't figured out how exactlly to set up your tactics just go with 4-4-2 it works fine.


Just pick your favourite stile and go with it.

Now I'm wondering why two of those didn't make it into your top 10 formations.

I don't think I will be playing 3-4-3 anytime, but I'd like to hear your opinions on how to play 3-5-2 (either flat or V-style).
