Training Regimes for Positions
Hi Everybody. I've been playing around with the training and think I've come up with regimes for each position that trains the important attributes for the position.
I've tried to keep training percentage to less than 10% just as a bit of a Cut off point.
GK - Reflexes, Agility, Anticipation, Rushing Out, Communication, Throwing, Kicking, Punching, Aerial Reach, Concentration
Drill 1 - Warm Up - Fitness - 0.75
Drill 2 - Video Analysis - Communication - 0.75
Drill 3 - Skill Drill - Concentration - 0.75
Drill 4 - 1 on 1 Finishing - Anticipation, Rushing Out - 1.5
Drill 5 - Wing Play - Punching - 3
Drill 6 - GK Training - Reflexes, Agility, Throwing, Kicking, Aerial Reach - 3
Total Condition Loss - 9.75%
DR/L - Tackling, Marking, Positioning, Bravery, Crossing, Fitness, Aggression, Speed
Drill 1 - Warm Up - Fitness, Aggression - 0.75
Drill 2 - Video Analysis - Positioning, Bravery - 0.75
Drill 3 - Carioca W/Ladders - Aggression, Speed - 1.5
Drill 4 - Stretch - Fitness, Speed - 1.5
Drill 5 - Defending Crosses - Marking, Bravery, Crossing - 2.25
Drill 6 - Press The Play - Tackling, Marking, Positioning, Bravery, Aggression - 3

But what for DC/DR or DC/DL double roles ?

I've got all the single roles sorted, I'll post the rest tomorrow. I can work something out for the duel roles, as I think the only difference in passing and maybe crossing, I should be able to work that out.
