    Training Regimes for Positions

    Hi Everybody. I've been playing around with the training and think I've come up with regimes for each position that trains the important attributes for the position.

    I've tried to keep training percentage to less than 10% just as a bit of a Cut off point.

    GK - Reflexes, Agility, Anticipation, Rushing Out, Communication, Throwing, Kicking, Punching, Aerial Reach, Concentration

    Drill 1 - Warm Up - Fitness - 0.75
    Drill 2 - Video Analysis - Communication - 0.75
    Drill 3 - Skill Drill - Concentration - 0.75
    Drill 4 - 1 on 1 Finishing - Anticipation, Rushing Out - 1.5
    Drill 5 - Wing Play - Punching - 3
    Drill 6 - GK Training - Reflexes, Agility, Throwing, Kicking, Aerial Reach - 3

    Total Condition Loss - 9.75%


    DR/L - Tackling, Marking, Positioning, Bravery, Crossing, Fitness, Aggression, Speed

    Drill 1 - Warm Up - Fitness, Aggression - 0.75
    Drill 2 - Video Analysis - Positioning, Bravery - 0.75
    Drill 3 - Carioca W/Ladders - Aggression, Speed - 1.5
    Drill 4 - Stretch - Fitness, Speed - 1.5
    Drill 5 - Defending Crosses - Marking, Bravery, Crossing - 2.25
    Drill 6 - Press The Play - Tackling, Marking, Positioning, Bravery, Aggression - 3

    Total Condition Loss - 9.75%


    DC - Tackling, Marking, Positioning, Heading, Bravery, Fitness, Strength, Aggression

    Drill 1 - Warm Up - Heading, Fitness, Aggression - 0.75
    Drill 2 - Video Analysis - Positioning, Bravery - 0.75
    Drill 3 - Stretch - Fitness, Strength - 1.5
    Drill 4 - Use Your Head - Positioning, Heading - 1.5
    Drill 5 - Stop The Attacker - Tackling, Marking, Bravery, Strength - 2.25
    Drill 6 - Press The Play - Tackling, Marking, Positioning,Bravery, Aggression - 3

    Total Condition Loss - 9.75%


    DMR/L - Tackling, Marking, Positioning, Bravery, Passing Crossing, Strength, Aggression

    Drill 2 - Piggy in The Middle - Tackling, Bravery, Passing, Aggression - 1.5
    Drill 3 - Defending Crosses - Marking, Crossing - 2.25
    Drill 4 - Stop The Attacker - Tackling, Marking, Bravery, Strength - 2.25
    Drill 5 - Press The Play - Tackling, Marking, Positioning, Bravery - 3

    interesting !

    But what for DC/DR or DC/DL double roles ?

    I've got all the single roles sorted, I'll post the rest tomorrow. I can work something out for the duel roles, as I think the only difference in passing and maybe crossing, I should be able to work that out.

    Updated opening post to show all positions, if anybody wants a duel position schedule, I can try and work one out. Just post and let me know

    sparklinginsilence, did you try any of the training schedules? If so, what did you think of them?.
    And would it be worth the time to try duel roles and post them?

    Experience distribution (look at the bottom line with %) in all the schedules from the first post is not good.
