need help How to beat 3-2-1-2-2 ?

I need help for important match, maybe can decide the league winner,
My opponent has slightly higher overall player quality than mine and use 3-2-1-2-2 as below:

i guess i will use below formation to counter it.

Mentality : Defensive
focus passing : through Middle
passing style : Mixed
Counter : ON

Pressing : High
Tackle : Low (Their freekick takers seems dangerous)
Marking : Zonal
Offside trap : ON

is my strategy correct?
or have another better way?
