I would love to see a screen shot of your squad. Because as Toxcatl points out, I can't believe you have a full squad. And if you do have a full squad of players at around the same % rating you're wasting a lot of time and resources. 14 regular players and 14 cannon fodder. That's what I got.

So today I got my 2 young players and they gave me ao DMC who is a 184 almost a 5*, but I run a 4-4-2 and have no need for him. Is it ever worth it to pick up a guy like that?

Mate, I run 4-4-2 for 35 seasons. My whole carrer and there is an advice for you- you ALWAYS need a good DMC for this tactic.
