I use- Warm up, video analysis, skill drill, stretch, piggy in the middle, pass go shoot- for a 6.75% condition loss
Training the whole squad twice, with 2x bonus and then training reserves and subs only (a total of 3 training sessions) gives full individual and team bonuses in all areas.
Is there a better set of drills that can achieve the bonuses quicker than the set I'm using?
