What set of training drills do people use to quickly gain team and individual bonuses on a daily basis?
I use- Warm up, video analysis, skill drill, stretch, piggy in the middle, pass go shoot- for a 6.75% condition loss
Training the whole squad twice, with 2x bonus and then training reserves and subs only (a total of 3 training sessions) gives full individual and team bonuses in all areas.
Is there a better set of drills that can achieve the bonuses quicker than the set I'm using?

I would tweak it a bit:
Warm-up
Stretch
Video analysis - x2
Pass, go and shoot
Skill drill
Use the above twice across the FULL squad with 2x bonus and you will get it all trained for 12% in total (as opposed to your 13.5%).

I also use this tactic and if I want to save little condition, I use the Video analysis - x2 as Arthur said.
I train only my main team, about 18 players.
Many of them have double zone positions (ST+AM , DMC+D) so it;s enough to get the 4X10%
