What about ... youth players?

I was waiting 11 days this season to get my youth players and this is what I got
too low quality when my team now is near 110%.
Also if it's like the old times (I don't know that because I don't buy academy players), the low q and tokens youngsters are not so fast trainers.


and now I could find 18 y.o. players with same quality for few tokens in the market
