FORMATION TO COUNTER 4-2-1-3 No Striker please??

UPDATE - Didn't get any replies !!!
He actually changed his from the 4-2-1-3 no striker to a similar 3(DC)-2(DL/R)-1(DMC)-4(AML/C/C/R) mainly due to suspensions he had.
In the end changed my tactics to 1(DC)-4(DL/DMC/DMC/DR)-2-2(AML/R)-1 trying to match his 4 AM's with a spare sweeper.. Went 2-0 down, then fiddled with formation including subbing the DC for an extra ST - then went hard attacking with long ball tactics. Came back to end game 3-2, which mirrored the 1st leg, so extra time - I scored first, tried to go defensive but conceded a late penalty to end 4-3 to me but out on away goals. Good luck to the guy - in the same league so now have some ideas for the upcoming league game.
