					The "Rule of 4"

No it's not another 4rsenal joke, it's something that will probably help you when you buy/sell players in low levels.(and not only)
What is The Rule of 4?
Rule of 4 is the price increase system that top eleven uses.
The price progression is kinda steady but it changes everytime the overall quallity is a multiple of 4 ,
let me explain with an example:
We have a player X who has an overal quallity 51% now lets take a look at his value
| Quality |
Price |
| 51% |
36,5 |
| 52% |
 37,5 |
| 53% |
  37,7 |
| 54% |
37,9 |
| 55% |
38,1 |
| 56% |
39,2 |
| 57% |
39,4 |

Can you see the progression? His price usually goes up for 0.2 but everytime he meets a multiple of 4 it increases in an undetermined rate (which i m trying to figure out)
Is this usefull?
Of course it is!! Before you go to sell a player (in the market and not negotiations) it's highly recomended to reach him in one of those "checkpoints".
if he is 63% training him to 64% can give you some extra money.
Where it can help you when you buy players?
When you go to the market you usually compare a good youngster of your club(a.k.a fast trainer)with your transfer target,if the price, the quallity and the age are the same he's probably a good investment.
But this is extremely rare, he probably will have a different quality. So here you ll need the rule of 4 to avoid some traps. If your transfer target is 88% and your comparison fast trainer is 87% and they have a differnce of 0,1 he will not be that good.
Notice: To apply the rule of 4 you have to observe the price proggression of a fast trainer and maybe record it somewhere.
