    Beat 3-4-3 or 3-4-1-2

I play against a +11% team who switches between 3-4-3 (DL-DC-DR/ML-MC-MC-MR/ST-ST-AMR) and 3-4-1-2 (DL-DC-DR/ML-MC-MC-MR/AMC/ST-ST). Since I can't afford a loss, any advice from the experts?

A suggestion from a fellow member (who is not good enough to be an expert):

Counter of 3-4-3 could be typically 4-5F-1, 4-1-4-1AM or 4-5v-1. Could also be an unconventional 4-1-3-2AM (via middle) as image.

Counter of 3-1-4-2 can typically be 4-1-4-1AM, 4-5v-1 or an unconventional 4-4-1L/R-1 (via 1 flank) as image.

Standard formation counters may be more applicable to equal or slightly better opposition, and the 2 suggested ones focus on nullifying opposition threat and also concentrate our players onto a focused attacking point with a 10%- disadvantage. Application of both being interchangeable depends largely on player positioning versatility, so choose your squad to be flexible to apply in-match formation changes accordingly with your best players as well as flexibility.

Defensive, CA on. Zonal & low press to keep team shape at start (could change to high press + man-on-man plus formation changes to 3-1-3n-2w-1 or 3-5v-2 to go aggressive when needing to chase goals from 45th to 70th depending on scoreline).

    Hope this helps.
