my advice is that buy as more quality players u can in the mid and mostly in end of the season.
Sure u loose to quality and practice but it's safe choice to have a competitive team in the next level.

With the 35 t u can't buy scouts..if u do the rest team will be crap after 2 seasons.
i try youths that are f trainers.

Also the server u are fix or complicate problems .If ur server has plenty of 5* players then u will catch some of them during the season(btw 2-3 week it's the best time imo)
If u have a crappy server then the solution is the end of the season.
