I have a rather small squad, and i know what you mean about worrying about their condition, but what you need to do is look at the match times, and use some maths to work out how much % condition they'll recover before the next match.
eg. 24 hours between your last game and the first game of the next day, that means your players will recover 5% every 3 hours, so 24 divided by 3 = 8
8 x 5 = 40%
so if your players are at 60% after the last game you'll be fine.
if it's above that you can fit a training session in.
Take advantage of videos on the facebook application for rest packs and apply those to the players below 60%.
sometimes you wont be able to fit training in so it's hit and miss if you can't rotate your squad.
i wouldn't sacrifice the cup as some people as said if you're a low level, its only if you have a really high Q for your level, like me as i have a few scouts that you'll have to worry about playing higher level teams.
