    Chrome and Firefox issue

    hi guys..please help me..i play top eleven in facebook.. if i use chrome, my page stops in the initializing page and not loading any more..

    if i use mozilla firefox, my game is loading but not connecting..i tried to wait for hours but its still moving..

    its been a week that i experience this issue and still not solved..

    i already tried to clear my cache both in chrome and firefox but nothing happened..
    i also tried to restore my laptop but the issue is still not solved

    PLEASE HELP..i'm using windows 8

    have you tried clearing the data from Flash, or updating Flash?
    also you might see if it works on main site Play Top Eleven - Free Online Football Manager Game

    This is how i do it:

    Right click in active game area, then click on Global Settings:

    Chrome and Firefox issue-_1.jpg

    Click on Delete All in the storage tab:

    The click on Delete Data:

    Chrome and Firefox issue-_3.jpg

    When you have Settings open also check your Flash is up to date, click on Updates tab then Check Now:

    I can only comment on firefox, but I have previously had problems when 'pop-ups' were not allowed. I had to allow them to play the game.
