Its pure cheating, the captain clearly runs all the teams, creates a new one, so he can use the 70 (starting rests) the date on club formed is giveaway, and then he gets rid, and sets up a new one. Also, he removes himself and goes back so he can reset the L.O.A.N's count

The guy is making a mockery of the who feature, and basically cheating
