It happened to us 2 seasons ago, exactly as it happened to you today. We had no proof that we won the penalty shootout (nobody was saving the match, nobody took a snap, as usual), so we just wrote Nordeus telling them what happened. In return, they gave all of us 5 greens, 5 blues and 5 reds. I just wish they had given us the association points we lost for technical problems.
