I have written a message to Nordeus (via in-game technical support) complaining about the wrong result. They replied to me 24 hours later. They said the match result has not been recorded due to "technical issue" and that this problem "has proven very difficult to solve". As they cannot change the recorded result, they offered 10 tokens and 5 boosts of each type to each member of the Association.

By the way, if there were no error, my Association would have 1197 points and still have chance to go to the highest division (get 100 tokens). Now...
