new player observer Injuried wtf

This morning I bought an observer and the first match is injured, tendon injury grade 12 days.
I have spent some money to buy tokens and my stage and 'very forward to my level because I have the stage at level 6 and the grass level 9 with drainage
and as' injuries might not even have taken foul?
How 'possible to spend 50 tokens and find an injured player before the game?
and as' can take 12 days of injury with grass at level 9?
But why not put these things in place? sick game

the grass of "El Camp Nou" of FC Barcelona can do injuries of 1/2 year.
To me I had the grass level 12 today and had my better player K.O. for 6 days in a training of 20%...
say thanks to god that you have to waste 15 red treatments for 5, or 555 days of injurie, because in the real football is not so easy...
