Yeah, bang up to date, latest version, it just sits there with the little green bar on about 2%.

I've tried to be useful and I'm here trying to help, you do not need to be rude as you were.

If you have everything connected and updated, great but there are managers who may have forgotten to check if they have the web browser up to date.

Meanwhile keep trying if the problem as been fixed...

Agreed. We're all frustrated by problems, but there is no need to shoot down someone who has tried to help. It was fair advice.
