With all due respect, to all those who advise not to bid at the last second: yes, you are right.
But that is not the issue raised here.
Many of us would not want to be at the receiving end of such unsportsmanlike behaviour. Using this loop hole to deny others a bid is not right and Nordeus must fix it. Otherwise, more and more people will do that.
This act is very distasteful.

The friendlies problem is Nordeous' fault and so is this one, so I wouldn't call it exactly a cheat. Thankfully they don't have any reason to keep this one alive - it actually enables people to buy players with less tokens.
People should bid when they want to bid, whether its last few seconds or not!!!
What that guy did is ****... He is a low life plain and simple.
a trick to go around this is to quickly accept the friend request. That way, he can't sent you any new requests (since you said that he was continually sending requests).
unfortunately this trick won't work if the other guy times his friend request perfectly for the last second (if you are a late bidder).
To those of you who say this is not cheating. you don't have to break the rules to cheat.
he is not cheating... just dirty trick
i think that user is a smart user... he out smarted u and i dont think its a cheat its strategy.... next time make sure u qualify for the next round even if your leading....
