Moi, some videos are 'working', but they don't award any packs despite having completely watched them. In fact, there seems to be a bug today (01/07/2016, around 4 a.m GMT) for the Android platform as no packs are being awarded at all for any of the videos (but the 2X bonus and 'free' thing function), that is the user may watch all 4-6 videos completely, but he does not get any pack for any of them. It is as if the offers are completed but the packs are not added to the game account. This is not good; the problem(s) should be fixed.
update: some packs got added later (like after 15 min or so)
