    No Video Offers on mobile device for last few days

    Hi There

    For the last 3 to 4 days i have not been able to watch any videos to get the packs on my mobile phone. I have tried both my home and work wifi along with my mobile phone data, nothing. Get the message 'no offers available at this time'.

    However I can watch videos on a desktop thru Facebook. I can also watch videos for the double bonus training.

    Phone - Samsung Galaxy S5

    Update, i have also tried on a samsung tablet, still no videos on mobile devices

    Same issue

    I'm in England on an iPhone and have same problem, kinda kills the game if you can't compare your team properly!

    I have uninstalled, cleared the data and cache and still no videos. this is about 4-5 days in a row of having to watch videos on the crappy desktop version of top eleven.

    We have detected an issue today (28th of June) on some of our providers' side, affecting our mobile app, we're working with them to fix it.

    Note: there's no need to reinstall the app for this issue.

    Moi, some videos are 'working', but they don't award any packs despite having completely watched them. In fact, there seems to be a bug today (01/07/2016, around 4 a.m GMT) for the Android platform as no packs are being awarded at all for any of the videos (but the 2X bonus and 'free' thing function), that is the user may watch all 4-6 videos completely, but he does not get any pack for any of them. It is as if the offers are completed but the packs are not added to the game account. This is not good; the problem(s) should be fixed.

    update: some packs got added later (like after 15 min or so)

    Same here. My 2 best players are injured but when i press and hold the video button for à long time sometimes the video works
