No Video Offers on mobile device for last few days

Not been able to get Videos to see (in Training) on FB App - for one free Green Pack! - for the past couple of weeks. Tried coming out of App and restarting but still no Videos.

So when is this going to be fixed? No video's here. Or when Im Lucky 1-3 per day and then I have to keep pressing the button on and on?

1) There's an issue with some providers, we're working with them to solve that situation

2) Sometimes there's a delay in getting your booster reward, please kindly wait a bit to see if they come through

Moi...what is the limit (how much) we can get in one day?

Hi Moi,

We are the 4th of July... and still issue is there !
I know there is some triggers, but in my case, we cannot consider it is. It s about 10-15 videos a day at maximum... when possible !

I hope the team is working on this. It has been over a week now and it is now effecting the desktop version of the game for me. Getting 3-4 videos a day if i am lucky.

well...i think he only said about every one get the same amount.... but my question is.... if there is 200 video (like everyone has 200 video...and the limit is still 40?? ) i mean the max limit everyone can get a day...not the video offer a day....

The limit seems to vary (20-40), but never seems to get above 40.

yes, the max limit is 40.
How many vids you can find depends.
I don't have much like this (40) but when my mobile saying that there aren't any available, I can find a couple of extra in my tablet (or when I want to replenish the condition of a player).
