You are not the only one having the problem since the last association started, I have had the same problem. They say it is videos, but based on what you said, and what I have seen, I know that is not the problem. And Tech support is impossible to get in touch with, other than their generic response. I have responded to their response for 4 days, and I have had heard nothing back from them. I am getting very fed up with Top Eleven and all these issues.
