Problem with the 2x training booster (special coach)

Hi!

I have had a problem with the 2x booster for 4-5 days now with one of my accounts. After doing a lot of testing, I am starting to think that there might be some glitch/hang up on Nordeus end. Could this be the case?

I have two accounts (one for each of my older kids), that are basically twin accounts. I play with them on the same platforms, and they have more or less been active for the same period. With both accounts, I have been able to get up towards 35 training packs per day. But with one of the accounts, I can never during the day access the 2x booster since the last 4-5 days. I use an iPhone, iPad and PC when playing the game. I have more or less tried any combination with both accounts, it does not matter. With one account I can access the 2x booster as long as I have not watched 35 vids. This works on all three platforms. With the other account, I can never access the 2x booster on any of the platforms. And this problem occurred out of nowhere last week.

Since the provider of the vids didn't seem to be identical between the two accounts (I don't have a great track of this, but they seem to differ some right?), I thought I wait it out. I got vids from Supersonic on the one account that worked, but other vids on the other account. But today I also got vids from Supersonic account on the problematic account, and it still didn't work.

The 2x booster is pretty crucial for a player like me that try to be as good as possible. To get the 10% in team bonus, you need to work your players hard without the 2x booster and it is hard to do that and keep everyone fit for games while saving some restpacks for fast trainers. You also loose a lot of training points, and hence cannot improve drills nearly as fast, without it. When comparing my two accounts, I see that the problematic account is falling behind quiet noticeably in just 4-5 days.

I would be very grateful if anyone can help me with this?

If this is not a glitch/hang-up on Nordeus' side, but the ads-providers', would it possible to work around it by enabling us to turn on the 2x booster with the use of one rest pack or a token or something? It seems like quite a few players has this problem (see http://forum.topeleven.com/top-eleve...ining-ads.html).

You are not the only one having the problem since the last association started, I have had the same problem. They say it is videos, but based on what you said, and what I have seen, I know that is not the problem. And Tech support is impossible to get in touch with, other than their generic response. I have responded to their response for 4 days, and I have had heard nothing back from them. I am getting very fed up with Top Eleven and all these issues.

I got in contact with the support and they said they would look into it. That was two days ago, and now it is working. I have not heard back from them, but either they fixed it or it fixed itself. Nice that it is working again!

If anyone face the problem I had, IE the 2x button not working for several days while you can farm rest packs and 2x button on another account in the same country, I definitely recommend that you contact the support. They where very friendly and I got quick and personal help instantly!
