System cheat or just a bug

Can you figure out anything about his Value ?
Did it drop too ?
I 've read again about loosing q after getting a player (from @cookiz I think) but not one star !

Yes, he was kinda cheap, should have known better. If he dropped in value I dont know, didnt check.
And if I remember right he was 79%. And I did not know that a player should always be at least be 80% for being a 5*. Yeah still a rookie
But the rest what I said was true. He was 5* with only 1% to go to be a 6*.
What I just wanna know if it is possible for the selling team to cheat with the * and/or %.
But I think it is just a bug from the system
