No 2x video bonus

I'm not happy about support answer, even he reduced my video watching limit to 30, out of 35. Last 3 months I watch everyday 35 videos, some days even login-logout 35 times then received those 35 videos, spent more than 2 hours only for those videos and now no 2x bonus and even worse to reduce my video limit to 30. I was going to quit last season due to their dicing, trolling, luck, bad day etc, and tons of other game issues, but still I was playing this season because I like this game and thought I can keep myself out of those war game, which I played last 7/8 years (Travian and Tribal Wars). Don't know I should quit or not, better frustrated more, playing only 3 months or 3 season not enough but I don't think t11 golden age left anymore, I come to play this game way late, I think 2013 to 2015 were t11's golden age.
