I don't know is that a formation bug or what ...???
every time change the formation its showing old/previous formation (marked on screenshot)

Btw does refreshing the menu update the formation details? Like switching to another menu and then returning back to Squad.

I've got the same issue, doesn't seem to have a negative impact. Will pay more attention to what refreshes it.

Nope, reboot game solves the prob

right, only reboot the game then show right formation, changing menu or f5 doesn't shows any change; although I don't know what is the impact on game, may be its a visual bug.
